Red Blend (Miscela Rossa)

The classic Neapolitan espresso. Full-bodied and intense with a thick, persistent crema — the blend that made Caffè Borbone famous. Ideal if you like your coffee strong but well-rounded.

Blue Blend (Miscela Blu)

Smooth, balanced and aromatic with a velvety crema. A higher Arabica content gives the Blue Blend a softer, sweeter profile — perfect for everyday drinking and milk-based coffees.

Black Blend (Miscela Nera)

The boldest of the range. Dark-roasted and powerful with a decisive, lingering finish, the Black Blend suits those who want maximum intensity from every cup.

Decaf (Dek)

All the flavour, none of the caffeine. The Dek blend is naturally decaffeinated while keeping the rich body and crema Caffè Borbone is known for — enjoy an espresso any time of day.

Compatibility

These capsules are compatible with NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® coffee machines for home use, including popular models such as the Genio, Piccolo, Mini Me, Infinissima and Lumio. Simply insert the capsule and brew as normal — no adjustments needed.

How to use the capsules

  1. Switch on and warm up — turn on your Dolce Gusto® machine and wait for the light to stop flashing.
  2. Load the capsule — open the locking handle or pull out the capsule holder and drop the pod in, printed side facing you.
  3. Lock it in — slide the holder back and close the handle until it clicks into place.
  4. Choose your size — set your cup size on the machine (or watch the cup on manual models) for a short, intense espresso or a longer coffee.
  5. Brew & eject — start the extraction, then open the handle and drop the used capsule into the bin.
Compatible with NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® home machines only — not designed for Nespresso® or other capsule systems.

range. If you want bold and dark with chocolate notes, you found your coffee

Caffè Borbone capsules are compatible with Dolce Gusto Original Line machines. They are not compatible with any other pod machines, which use a different capsule format.

Caffè Borbone capsules contain high quality ground coffee for espresso. A different coffee profile to Dolce Gusto's blends. Many drinkers find Borbone fuller, bolder and more characterful than the standard range.

Our Dolce Gusto compatible capsules are plastic, airtight and oxygen-sealed for freshness. If you'd prefer a compostable option, our Caffè Borbone E.S.E. pods are fully compostable — but they need an E.S.E. pod machine, not a Nespresso machine.

Bolder blends carry through milk better. We recommend Black Blend or Red Blend for a more smoother and gentler apporach with milk

Each capsule is individually airtight and oxygen-sealed at the factory in Italy, so the coffee inside stays fresh until you brew it. Use-by dates are clearly marked on each pack.
